By accessing or using Notes Baba, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Notes Baba provides educational resources including study notes, PYQs, test series, current-affairs material, AI learning tools and related digital features. Features, availability, syllabus coverage and resource counts may change as the platform develops.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. Do not share an account in a way that defeats access limits or subscription rules. Notify Notes Baba if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content is provided for learning and preparation. Notes Baba does not guarantee admission, examination scores, rank, employment, qualification or any particular academic outcome.

Some resources and features require payment or an active subscription. Pricing, inclusions, billing frequency and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or on the relevant pricing page and may be updated prospectively.

Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use Notes Baba to infringe another person's rights.

If you submit questions, answers, notes, reviews or other content, you remain responsible for it and must have the rights necessary to submit it. You grant Notes Baba the permissions reasonably required to host, display and process that content to provide the service.

AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. You are responsible for checking important information against authoritative sources. AI features are not a substitute for official exam notifications, professional advice or independent judgment.

Notes Baba's software, branding, original editorial content, design and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access does not transfer ownership to you. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment issues, policy violations, unlawful activity or operational reasons. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, network failures, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Notes Baba is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on educational or AI content, or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer or other legal rights. Disputes should first be raised with Notes Baba for good-faith resolution before formal proceedings where legally appropriate.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or use Notes Baba with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Notes Baba is responsible for that use, including any purchases made.

Notes Baba relies on third-party services such as payment gateways (including Razorpay), hosting, email delivery, analytics and AI-model providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Notes Baba is not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what applicable law requires.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notes Baba and its owner from any claim, loss, liability, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or any policy, your misuse of the service, your user content, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Where Notes Baba hosts, stores or transmits content uploaded by users or sellers, it acts as an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Notes Baba may remove or disable access to unlawful or infringing content upon receiving actual knowledge or a valid order or notice, in accordance with applicable law.

By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to receive service, transactional and account-related communications from Notes Baba. Notes Baba sends emails only from its official addresses: notesbaba@nbmail.in and notesbaba15@gmail.com. Communications received from any other address are not authorised by Notes Baba, and Notes Baba is not responsible for them, as explained in the Official Email Communication notice on this page.

Notes Baba will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, power or internet failures, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow you to approach a forum closer to you, the courts having jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Notes Baba.

Complaints relating to the service, content, purchases or these Terms may be sent to the Grievance Officer, Aaryan Goswami, at notesbaba15@gmail.com. In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable law, we aim to acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and to resolve it within one month of receipt.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the policies referenced on Notes Baba, form the entire agreement between you and Notes Baba regarding the service.
