Shipping Policy
How delivery works for Notes Baba's digital products and services.
Digital-First Service
Notes Baba primarily provides digital study notes, PDFs, PYQs, tests, AI tools, subscriptions and online services. Physical shipping is not normally required.
Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, eligible digital access is normally delivered through your Notes Baba account, dashboard, library, download area or the relevant online feature.
Delivery Timing
Digital access is generally made available after successful payment confirmation. Delays can occur because of payment verification, technical issues, maintenance or security checks.
No Physical Courier
Unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise, Notes Baba does not ship physical books, printed notes or other physical goods.
Failed Delivery
If payment is successful but purchased digital access is not available within a reasonable period, contact support with your order or transaction details so the issue can be investigated.
Incorrect Account
Users are responsible for entering the correct account information. Access delivered to the account used during purchase may not be transferable merely because another email or account was intended.
Delivery Confirmation
Order and access confirmations may be shown in your account and/or sent by email. Notes Baba sends confirmation emails only from its official addresses: notesbaba@nbmail.in and notesbaba15@gmail.com.
Expected Delivery Time
Digital access is usually made available immediately after successful payment confirmation. If access has not been activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact notesbaba15@gmail.com with your order or transaction reference.
No Shipping Charges
As Notes Baba products are delivered digitally, no shipping or delivery charges apply unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise.
Official Email Communication & Anti-Phishing Notice
Notes Baba sends emails ONLY from the following official email addresses:

Any email claiming to come from Notes Baba, its owner, staff or support team that is sent from any other email address, domain or look-alike address is NOT from Notes Baba and must be treated as unauthorised and potentially fraudulent. Notes Baba will never ask you by email for your password, OTP, CVV, card PIN, UPI PIN or full card details, and will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or personal UPI ID.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notes Baba and its owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, financial loss, data compromise, or any legal or other consequence of any kind arising from any email or communication received from any email address other than the official addresses listed above, or from any action taken in reliance on such communication.
If you receive a suspicious email in the name of Notes Baba, do not click its links, open its attachments or share any information. Please report it to notesbaba15@gmail.com.
Contact & Grievance Redressal
For a complaint, include your registered email, order/transaction reference where applicable, and a clear description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, CVVs or full payment-card details by email. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
