Rules for accessing, downloading, using and sharing Notes Baba study material.
Personal Study Licence
Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Notes Baba notes and PDFs are provided for the purchaser or authorized account holder's personal educational use.
No Unauthorized Redistribution
Do not upload Notes Baba PDFs to public websites, Telegram/WhatsApp groups, file-sharing services, social media, paid groups or other repositories without written authorization.
No Resale
Purchased or accessed Notes Baba material may not be resold, sublicensed, repackaged or included in another paid product without permission.
Downloads
Download limits, availability and file formats may vary by resource. Notes Baba may use technical controls to protect content and prevent automated extraction.
Printing
Personal printing for study may be permitted unless the specific resource states otherwise. Commercial printing, mass reproduction or distribution is not permitted without authorization.
Updates and Corrections
Educational content may be corrected or updated over time. An updated resource may replace or supplement an earlier version.
Third-Party Material
Some educational resources may refer to or contain third-party material. Such material remains subject to its owner's rights and applicable permissions.
Infringement Reports
If you believe a Notes Baba resource infringes your copyright, provide sufficient information to identify the work, the alleged infringement and your contact details so the matter can be reviewed.
Watermarking and Tracing
Notes Baba PDFs and resources may contain visible or invisible watermarks or identifiers linked to the purchasing account, to help trace unauthorised sharing or leaks.
Consequences of Violation
Unauthorised copying, sharing, resale or redistribution may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund, and Notes Baba may take legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws.
Accuracy of Content
Notes Baba makes reasonable efforts to keep study material accurate, but does not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. Please report errors to notesbaba15@gmail.com so they can be reviewed.
Official Email Communication & Anti-Phishing Notice
Notes Baba sends emails ONLY from the following official email addresses:

Any email claiming to come from Notes Baba, its owner, staff or support team that is sent from any other email address, domain or look-alike address is NOT from Notes Baba and must be treated as unauthorised and potentially fraudulent. Notes Baba will never ask you by email for your password, OTP, CVV, card PIN, UPI PIN or full card details, and will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or personal UPI ID.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notes Baba and its owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, financial loss, data compromise, or any legal or other consequence of any kind arising from any email or communication received from any email address other than the official addresses listed above, or from any action taken in reliance on such communication.
If you receive a suspicious email in the name of Notes Baba, do not click its links, open its attachments or share any information. Please report it to notesbaba15@gmail.com.
Contact & Grievance Redressal
For a complaint, include your registered email, order/transaction reference where applicable, and a clear description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, CVVs or full payment-card details by email. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
