How Notes Baba protects original work and handles copyright complaints.
Notes Baba IP
The Notes Baba name, branding, interface, software, original designs, original editorial material and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred merely because content is accessible or purchased.
User Rights
Users retain rights in original content they independently create and submit, subject to the licence needed for Notes Baba to host and process that content.
Third-Party Rights
Users must not upload or sell material that belongs to another person or organization without the necessary permission or licence.
Copyright Complaints
A copyright complaint should identify the claimant, the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material or URL, a statement of the claimant's rights and sufficient contact information for follow-up.
Review and Action
Notes Baba may investigate reports, restrict access to disputed material, request additional evidence, contact the uploader or take other reasonable action under applicable law and platform rules.
Repeat Infringement
Accounts repeatedly associated with credible infringement complaints may be restricted or terminated, subject to review and applicable law.
Counter-Claims
Where legally appropriate, an uploader may be given an opportunity to respond to a complaint. Any dispute will be handled according to applicable law and platform procedures.
Trademarks
"Notes Baba", its logo and related marks are the property of Notes Baba. They may not be used in connection with any product or service, or in any manner likely to cause confusion, without prior written permission.
How to Submit a Complaint
Send copyright or intellectual-property complaints to notesbaba15@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint", including the details listed above and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and act on them in accordance with the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
False Claims
Knowingly submitting a false or misleading complaint or counter-claim may result in account action and may expose the person making it to legal liability.
Official Email Communication & Anti-Phishing Notice
Notes Baba sends emails ONLY from the following official email addresses:

Any email claiming to come from Notes Baba, its owner, staff or support team that is sent from any other email address, domain or look-alike address is NOT from Notes Baba and must be treated as unauthorised and potentially fraudulent. Notes Baba will never ask you by email for your password, OTP, CVV, card PIN, UPI PIN or full card details, and will never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or personal UPI ID.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notes Baba and its owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, fraud, financial loss, data compromise, or any legal or other consequence of any kind arising from any email or communication received from any email address other than the official addresses listed above, or from any action taken in reliance on such communication.
If you receive a suspicious email in the name of Notes Baba, do not click its links, open its attachments or share any information. Please report it to notesbaba15@gmail.com.
Contact & Grievance Redressal
For a complaint, include your registered email, order/transaction reference where applicable, and a clear description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, CVVs or full payment-card details by email. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
